Hand-printed Original - California Palm Leaf Diptych
Frame size 48’’x34’’ framed.
These pieces were hand-printed by carefully arranging a giant king palm leaf on two sheets of pre-treated cyanotype paper (22’’x30’’/sheet). Exposed outside using natural sunlight and developed at home. The paper I used creating this piece was Hahnemühle Platinum Rag fine art paper, 100% cotton and archival quality.
This diptych is custom framed with Artcare mat board and behind UV acrylic (99% UV protection) for the longevity of the artwork. I intentionally framed these two pieces in one frame to give them an intimate connection.
