I’ve always been drawn to the unnoticed — wild grasses under bridges, next to freeways, along the trails, growing freely without being planted or arranged.
There’s something about their quiet presence. They don’t try to stand out, yet they move so beautifully with the light and wind.
In this piece, the grasses begin to feel like something else – a group of dancers, held in a still moment mid-movement; or maybe a circle of close friends, standing together, sharing something unspoken.
